Mission:
To inform and educate the citizens and visitors as to the rich natural resources and abundant wildlife that we all share as part of our history and heritage in Southeast Oklahoma.

Goals:
To promote the conservation of wildlife resources, habitat and biodiversity through scientific research, propagation and wildlife management.
To increase hunting and fishing participation and regional tourism growth in Southeast Oklahoma.
To promote responsible co-existence between wildlife and human populations and help preserve the greatest possible diversity of wildlife through public awareness of current wildlife conservation practices.
To provide a place where children, adults, students and teachers embrace the values of wildlife conservation and natural resource management through interactive educational exhibits.
