Either lazy staff or under-staffed, likely the former as I had seen four people in the kitchen and only one active waitress who has to go into the kitchen to get orders. Food wasn't great, though from the overworked employee's perspective I feel bad for the waitress I saw rushing about to tables. Waited 30 minutes for an okayish pizza and overcooked calzone. Wouldn't really suggest stopping by, and to really listen to the review on here. Most are probably true if my experience has anything to say about it.
Got buffet and and there wasnt much Pizza, employs were in back eating and not paying attention to customers.
I've eaten here more times than I'm proud to admit and each time I leave this particular Mazzios a piece of me dies. I don't know why I keep letting people talk me into going back. This is easily one of the dirtiest restaraunts I've been to, they're always out of ingredients or just don't have them prepped, and every time I pass by the everlasting hippie drum circle in front of the store I nearly get nicotine poisoning i wouldn't feed this toxic waste to the rats living in their walls. Edit: An employee of the store even contacted me and tried to guilt me into taking this review down.
Love their salad and French dressing the most! Order cinnamon sticks every time - yummy!
Possibly some unseen problem, the buffet was sparse, no forks in utensils, most tables with dirty dishes, the wait staff had a attitude, extra loud music playing... even though it was lunch hour almost no customers. So sorry Mazzio's could do better.
