This past visit was a nightmare. A church school group came in full of kids who dont know what the heck they want to order and for some reason the manager on duty allowed the line to get to around 15 people deep AFTER the group of 12 kids and 2 chaperones. A protocol to adopt would be to allow the kids to order and open a 2nd line to handle the normal customers. We typically have minutes to an hour to eat and it took atleast 25 minutes to get those kids taken care of. Outside of that... the food was on par!
The food and ice cream there is great! But the workers not so much..
Small towns in religious areas are hypocrite nation! Rude, young punks work here and the food is disgusting. The strawberry shortcake ice cream I got.....wouldn't even feed it to my fat dog! Oklahoma is a craphole! Humid, muggy, miserable people!🤣
Braums is actually kind if a neat place. They have a tiny market with organic and grassfed meats and local produce. The ice cream is good but the selection has mostly items with nuts and other weird things. I always end upnwith plain old chocolate chip. The rrason for the 3-stars instead of 4 is th3 inconsistency with the food and service. The food can be great and it can be "meh". The service is, let's be honest, teenagers. And while that doesn't have to be a bad thing, IF you have substandard management, it becomes a bad thing. Overall, we still will stop in but just have to overlook those few things.
Very rude drive thru attendant and when you call they don't answer the phone very disappointed never had a problem with them until today.
