Roxy’s started out as a food truck, and now has a shop in The Plaza district. Ice cream is made in-house and they typically have at least one vegan flavor!
Now, because we’re in Oklahoma, we can’t possibly leave out one of the best custard spots in the state. Rusty’s has been a favorite in this college town for over 15 years. With hundreds of combinations, you’ll want to try everything.
